Due to the stringent nature of Automated storage retrieval system (ASRS), our team has successfully strengthened our plastic pallets in this category. With enhanced steel skeleton structures, we were now able to ensure a low deflection and bending rate of these plastic pallets in the ASRS system. We understood that the consistency while manufacturing these pallets is very important as they are all automated and any changes made beyond the specification could put the system into jeopardy. Nonetheless, we have managed to consistently prove the results as we put in rounds of testing to ensure that our plastic pallet suit the ASRS category.
